2 Face Arson, Child Abuse Charges After Alleged Hash Oil Explosion
MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) - Two people are facing arson and child abuse charges after police say there was a hash oil explosion inside their apartment in Manitou Springs.
When officers arrived they found several windows were blown out.
A 3-year-old girl was inside the apartment when the explosion happened. She was not hurt.
