1 Dead, 3 Injured In Car Crash In Longmont
LONGMONT, Colo. (CBS4) - One person has died after a car crash in Longmont shut down Highway 66 for hours on Sunday evening.
Police say a Ford Mustang hit a Honda Civic that turned in front of it.
Donald Marcotte, 73, of Arvada was transported to Longmont United with serious injuries. A passenger in the Honda, Patricia Marcotte, 75, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Alec Wilkes was transported to Longmont United with serious injuries. A passenger in the Mustang, Trevor Arrellano, 18, of Longmont was transported to Longmont United with minor injuries and later released.
Police do not suspect drugs or alcohol.
