Wednesday's Child: Julian
By Larry Kane

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Julian is a quiet 16-year-old who comes alive on stage.
"I sing in chorus class," he says. "Currently, we're working on songs for our winter concert, like Elf, A Christmas Song and the Chipmunk's Song."
He says he would love to have a forever family watching him from the audience.
"I feel like I could perform for them and I feel like I wouldn't have as much anxiety," he says. "Because I know that I have them, so they'll always be there for me."
Gloria Hochman, from the Philadelphia-based National Adoption Center, says Julian needs a family he can count on who can help him realize his dreams and ambitions.
"Everything is better when you have a family," Hochman says, "and this is a young man who knows that."
