The Philly POPS' 'Christmas Spectacular'
By R.J. McKay
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Michael Krajewski, the conductor and music director of the Philly POPS, describes what guests will see when they attend the POPS' "Christmas Spectacular" at the Kimmel Center.
"It's very aptly named, because it involves a great number of musical forces. On stage is the Philly POPS, and they are joined by the Philly POPS Festival Chorus, and the Philadelphia Boys Choir, and the St. Thomas Gospel Choir," Krajewski explains.
There's also a special guest vocalist.
"The wonderful Broadway star Hugh Panero, who has been the Phantom of the Opera for years on Broadway."
The show runs from Dec. 5th through the 20th.
