Police: Man Stabbed In Frankford
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police say a man was stabbed several times in the chest in Philadelphia's Frankford neighborhood.
Authorities say it happened Thursday night on Oxford Avenue.
Police say while running from the scene, the victim was either struck or ran into an SUV on Foulkrod Street. The vehicle left the scene, according to police.
Police say the man died at the hospital.
Police are searching for suspect in the stabbing and for the vehicle.
Police say they do not believe the driver of the vehicle was involved in any way in the stabbing.
The investigation continues.
