PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and outta SITE - Spark Camera.
Need a new video app? Spark Camera lets you string mini-movies together for up to 30 seconds, which you can then share on your social network of choice. Imagine stringing together several Vine videos you shot. It's a simple tool, but it does have one shortcoming - you have to shoot the video in the app and can't import it from your camera roll.
