Police: Man Fatally Shot In South Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- One person was shot and killed in South Philadelphia on Tuesday afternoon.
Scientists Create Road That Melts Ice And Snow By Itself
Police say a 20-year-old man was shot once in the chest on the 700 block of Winton Street around 3:30 p.m.
He was pronounced dead at Jefferson Hospital a short time later.
No arrests have been made.
