Twitter's head of television, Fred Graver, told a packed audience at an event on the future of television that Twitter's engagement levels around TV are extremely high. 95% of public conversations about tv happen on the platform, and 33% of twitter users tweet about the shows they watch.

Facebook is testing DeepFace
Facebook is developing artificial intelligence software called "DeepFace" which is capable of matching faces in images with nearly the same accuracy as humans.
The social network has caught up to humans when it comes to remembering a face. The program was developed by three in-house Facebook researchers and a professor at Tel Aviv University.
The software is a facial verification system and differs from facial recognition in that it matches faces in large data sets, as opposed to assigning identity to faces.

Comcast is expanding its Xfinity TV Go app
Comcast has expanded its live-streaming channels on its Xfinity TV Go app. Bravo, Food Network, SYFY and 15 other networks have been added to its live-streaming lineup. Xfinity TV Go now offers live streaming to mobile devices and online from over 50 networks.
