PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - The snow is beginning to wind down across the Delaware Valley, mainly confined to areas south and east of Philadelphia. Even though it looks like it is falling in a widespread capacity, much of it is struggling to reach the ground.

The next threat of wet weather comes late Sunday into Monday, which could come in the form of a wintry mix.

Looking ahead, high temperatures will move up into the 30s and 40s next week. But not before a few more days meddling below average in the 20s, further solidifying this abnormally cold February.
