Police: Homeowner Shoots Man Trying To Break Into Olney Home
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A man who attempted to break into a home overnight in North Philadelphia was shot by the homeowner.
It happened around 4 a.m. Saturday along the 5900 block of B Street in the city's Olney neighborhood.
Police say a man who tried to break into and burglarize the home was shot in the stomach by the owner of the home.
He was taken to Einstein Medical Center in critical condition, where investigators were waiting to question him.
