2nd Street Festival Being Held In Northern Liberties Sunday

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – One of Philadelphia's biggest summer block parties is being held Sunday afternoon. The 2nd Street Festival in Northern Liberties begins at noon.

The event runs until 10 p.m.

Each year, organizers close six blocks of 2nd Street between Germantown Avenue and Green Street to make way for food, arts and crafts, beer gardens and three music stages.

The festival raises money for the Northern Liberties Neighborhood Association.
