Philadelphia Officially Lifts Snow Emergency
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The City of Philadelphia announced on Sunday night that they were officially lifting the snow emergency in the city. The city says the emergency was extended into late Sunday to assist with plowing efforts in the city.

Cars are now permitted to begin parking again in designated Snow Emergency routes. If your car was relocated during that time, you can contact 215-686-SNOW.

Mayor Kenney announced earlier on Sunday, that the city's government would be open for business on Monday.
The city is urging residents that must venture out on Monday to be careful as travel will still be greatly impacted by the remaining amounts of snow. Warmer temperatures Sunday, led to melting which could re-freeze overnight, impacting the morning commute.
