Shooting in Mayfair leaves 2 men hospitalized: Philadelphia police

PHILADEPHIA (CBS) -- A shooting in Philadelphia's Mayfair section has left two men in critical condition. Police say the shooting happened around 4 a.m. on Thursday near the intersection of Frankford Avenue and Magee Street.

Police say a 32-year-old man was shot in the face, while a 29-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the right shoulder. They were both placed in critical condition at Jefferson-Frankford Hospital. 

No arrests were made and no weapons were recovered, according to police. 

There's no word yet on a motive for the shooting.
