Philadelphia Jobs Report: More Retirees Will Be Joining The Job Market

The baby boomer population will increase dramatically over the next 25 years, which means more retirees will be joining the job market. The 65 and older population in Pennsylvania stands at 16.4 percent. Two thirds of this group plan to continue working.
