Philadelphia Athletes And Teams Express Gratitude On Memorial Day

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Monday marks Memorial Day, a day where we honor those who have paid the ultimate price to protect this country's freedoms. Several members of the Philadelphia sports landscape have taken to social media to wish all a Happy Memorial Day and to honor the many fallen.
Phillies first baseman Ryan Howard expressed his gratitude to those who have served.
Howard also shared a picture of the special uniforms the Phillies would wear on Monday to honor the holiday.
Eagles safety Malcolm Jenkins also expressed his thanks.
