Overturned Tractor-Trailer Accident Cleared On I-95 Ramp To Walt Whitman Bridge

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- An overturned tractor-trailer was causing delays for motorists trying to use the Walt Whitman Bridge to travel into New Jersey Saturday.
The crash happened around 11 a.m. on the northbound ramp from I-95 to the bridge.
95 NB: Northbound ramp to the Walt Whitman Bridge -- it's been over an hour and an overturned Tractor-Trailer remains on its side -- blocking the ramp. Police are alternating lanes to get you past this.
