Doctors said earlier in the week that they expected all of the patients in critical condition to survive their injuries.
Temple Hospital is the trauma center where many of the most severely injured were taken immediately following the crash.
Eight people were killed and hundreds were injured when the train travelling from Washington D.C. To New York went off the tracks while rounding a curve at Frankford Junction.
The cause of the derailment is being investigated by the National Transportation Safety Board and the FBI.
