Mummers Finish Last-Minute Preparations Ahead Of New Year's Day Parade

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- It would not be New Year's Day in Philadelphia without the iconic Mummers Parade. Clubs finished some last-minute preparations for the festivities.
The clubs rehearsed their routines earlier Tuesday at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, and many were still building their sets and props.
The parade begins at City Hall at 9 a.m.
