Malnourished Horse, Rescued From Vet's Farm In January, Makes Full Recovery
QUAKERTOWN, Pa. (CBS) -- Eyewitness News first told you about this story in January. We shared video of a badly malnourished horse, in need of serious help.
Back in January, Clarissa was rescued from a veterinarian's farm.
She was in such poor condition at the time, that she could barely stand on her own.
Now, she is standing and then some. Clarissa has been nursed back to health.
She was nursed to health at the Last Chance Rescue in Quakertown. We're very happy to report that she was adopted on Friday.
Eyewitness News has learned that Clarissa is now in perfect health and is doing great.
