Jayanna was rushed to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where she died.

CBS 3's David Spunt reports that 100 Philadelphians marched down 63rd Street just before rush hour on Thanksgiving Eve, hoping to find Jayanna's killer.

"This is the spot my daughter died at, so it is hard," said Ayesha Poole, Jayanna's mother.

She and other family members have spent the last week looking for the killer, while attempting to mourn the loss of such a young life.

"Anybody that met her fell in love with her," said Poole. "She was smart, intelligent. She wanted to be a lawyer. She was wonderful."

Police were also marching alongside the crowd, doing whatever possible to help.

"If this doesn't shake you to the bones, I don't know what will, and you see how galvanized this community is to stick together," said Capt. Joseph Bologna. "We're working every lead. There will not be a stone unturned."

Jayanna's family is counting on Bologna, his colleagues and complete strangers to help find out who took her from her family and friends.

"Somebody knows something," said Poole. "You can't say that they don't know nothing."

There is a $20,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of Jayanna's killer.
