Investigators Look Into Fire At NJ Police Building

TEWKSBURY, N.J. (AP) — Authorities say they are investigating a fire that appears to have been intentionally set at a northern New Jersey's police department and municipal office.

Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony Kearns and Tewksbury Township police Chief Thomas Holmes said that it appears someone set fire to the building Monday morning.

No one was hurt after firefighters extinguished the blaze.

Kearns says that the prompt response prevented the loss of the building or anyone getting hurt.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-321-0010, or going to crimestoppershunterdon.com. People can also text message HCTIPS to 274637.
