I-95 South Night Lane Closures For Traffic Pattern Shift Go Into Effect Friday Night
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Chopper 3 over I-95 and Girard Avenue in Philadelphia where night lane closures are going into effect on the southbound side between the Aramingo avenue on-ramp and I-676.
The travel lanes are being moved to the far right side of the highway.
The change is in effect from 10 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Saturday.
PennDOT says this operation is part of the $39.2 million project to rebuild 1,200 feet of I-95 just south of Girard Avenue and to replace bridges over Shackamaxon Street, Marlborough Street and Columbia Avenue.
