Fire Forces Family From Home In Levittown

LEVITTOWN, Pa. (CBS) -- Flames forced five people from a home overnight in Levittown, Bucks County.

The 1-alarm fire broke out around 1:30 a.m. Monday at a two-story home along the unit block of Inbrook Road.

Five people inside the residence had be evacuated. At least one woman had to be treated for minor burns to her hand.

It took firefighters about 30 minutes to get the blaze under control.

Fire officials say the fire started in a trash can outside and then spread to the home.
