NEW CASTLE COUNTY, Del. (CBS) -- Some traffic is starting to get by on the Delaware Memorial Bridge after a tractor-trailer caught fire Tuesday night.
One lane is now open on the northbound lane of Interstate-295 after the fire caused the entire New Jersey-bound side to close.
The Delaware River and Bay Authority said hazmat crews and police are still on the scene. There's significant traffic on I-95 in Delaware.
