By Dr. Brian McDonough, Medical Editor
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A couple of major organizations have gotten together to make a big recommendation. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices issued a statement urging pregnant women to get their flu vaccinations.
