Biden Regrets Decision Not To Run For President

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Vice President Joe Biden says he now regrets bowing out of this year's race for the White House.
"I regret it every day," Biden said during a round of interviews with local television news affiliates, "but it was the right decision for my family and me."
Last October, he announced he would not run, saying time had run out for making a decision.
One factor was the death of his son, Beau, of brain cancer in May.
Biden promises to be involved in this year's presidential race.
