Bad Weather In Time Out

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Finally someone put our lousy weather in an extended time out. Face the corner, Old Man Winter, and don't come out until Mother Nature and the rest of us give the okay….and that might be awhile.
Slowly, ever so slowly, the temperatures begin the climb out of the basement of temperatures. From the single numbers, to the teens, to the 20s, to the 30's today, the 40s Sunday and Monday, and the 50s – YES, THE 50S -- by Wednesday.
Why are we seeing such good weather? Ever heard the expression 'don't look a gift horse in the mouth?' Let's take that to heart. Enjoy the better weather and ignore the Old Man in the corner, crying to get out.
