Armed Suspect Steals Cash During Home Invasion In West Oak Lane
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are investigating an armed home invasion in Philadelphia early Friday morning.
The incident happened inside a home in the 1800 block of 73rd Avenue in the city's West Oak Lane section.
According to investigators, the suspect entered the home armed with a gun.
Authorities say the suspect stole approximately $1,700 in cash.
Police say they are searching for a male in his 20s who was wearing a mask over his face and dark clothing. The suspect is believed to have left the scene in a car.
There were no immediate reports of any injuries.
