ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (CBS) – Atlantic City Fire Chief Dennis Brooks is now on paid administrative leave after a city worker claims he dropped his pants in front of her.

According to a letter from attorney Sebastian Ionno his client works the security post at the Public Safety Building.

She says that on March 5th Chief Brooks entered the building and after she asked him to remove metal objects from his pockets he dropped his pants and said "I am having a bad day."

The female worker's name is being withheld and Ionno says in the letter delivered to Atlantic City's solicitor on March 6th that Brooks committed "egregious sexual harassment."

Chief Brooks did not respond to several calls and City Hall says they will not comment on an on-going investigation.
