Chicago Police Officer Injured During Traffic Stop In Dunning
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A Chicago Police officer was injured Tuesday afternoon during a traffic stop in the Dunning neighborhood.
The incident happened around 4:30 p.m. at Addison Street and Austin Avenue.
As seen from Chopper 2, several police officers were sent to the on the scene. A perimeter of crime scene tape was set up on the grounds of a BP gas station.
It was not immediately learned how the injuries happened, but it is confirmed that they are not life-threatening.
