As seen in video from Chopper 2, the fire was out by 3:30 p.m. – but personnel remained on the tracks.
On Sunday night, police said the 66-year-old woman was in her car at the Chase Bank ATM near Addison Street and Elston Avenue when two men opened her car door. CBS 2 Investigator Megan Hickey reports.
