CHICAGO (CBS) -- An Amber Alert in northwest Indiana has been canceled, after a young mother and her infant son were found safe on Monday.
Hammond Police had said 20-year-old Yolanda Walker and her 2-month-old son Raphael Bevineau were abducted by Raphael's non-custodial father Sunday evening, and were believed to be in "extreme danger."
An Amber Alert was issued early Monday afternoon, but canceled about an hour later, after the two were found safe in Calumet City, Illinois. The baby's father was not with them when they were found.
Further details were not immediately available.
