W.Va. Senate candidate Don Blankenship served prison time
A 2010 coal mine explosion in West Virginia that killed 29 people landed former Massey Energy CEO Don Blankenship in prison for one year. After being released from prison, Blankenship launched a bid for U.S. Senate in the state. "60 Minutes" investigated what happened at the Upper Big Branch coal mine during the deadly explosion, as well as Blankenship's role in what went wrong.
