Woman found dead in San Francisco hospital stairwell
A woman was found dead on the grounds of Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital. City Department of Public Health spokeswoman Rachael Kagan said the woman's body was found in the power plant building at the campus. The death is under investigation.
