Wild police chase through Los Angeles has puzzling finale
Two burglary suspects led police on a wild chase in Los Angeles. At one point, they spun donuts in the street, with their top down despite the rain. They almost got pinned by a tour bus, but somehow got away. Charlie Rose has more on the video.
