State and federal investigators have not ruled out a hate crime in the shooting deaths of three young Muslims in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Alleged gunman Craig Stephen Hicks was apparently angry in a dispute over parking spaces, but the victims' family are asking authorities to investigate further.
