Was police dashcam video showing Sandra Bland confrontation edited?
Officials in Texas say they are looking into whether newly released dashcam video connected with a female inmate’s death was edited. The 52-minute video released Tuesday shows a Texas state trooper pulling over then arresting 28-year-old Sandra Bland. Multiple breaks and jumps appear in the dash cam video.
