Video shows Iowa school bus driver hitting special needs student
An Iowa school bus driver is behind bars, accused of assaulting a special needs student. Other students with cell phones recorded the disturbing, violent confrontation Thursday in the back of the crowded bus. Elaine Quijano reports on how those students spoke up.
