Video shows aggressive tug-of-war between NYPD and mom holding baby
Police in New York are investigating a violent confrontation between officers and a mother holding her young child. Cell phone video shows 23-year-old Jazmine Headley surrounded by NYPD officers and a security guard at a social services office. The officers can be seen pulling the 1-year-old baby from her arms. Jericka Duncan reports.
