U.S. economy grew to end 2022, unemployment rate stays low

The economy is fighting back against inflationary pressures, but many economists say that won't last, and the economy could slow down in 2023 as an intended consequence of the Federal Reserve's efforts to rein in inflation by raising interest rates.
