U.S., allies blame Syria for apparent chemical attack in Douma, Syria
The U.S. joined allies in Europe Friday in blaming Syria for an apparent chemical attack in the town of Douma that U.S. intelligence estimates killed at least 42. White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said the U.S. also holds Russia responsible for failing to prevent chemical attacks.
