UNRWA's Phillippe Lazzarini says Gaza humanitarian crisis has gotten "much worse"
Phillippe Lazzarini, commissioner general of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees, tells "Face the Nation" that what he saw on the ground in Gaza during a visit last week is "much worse" than "what I saw the first time" he visited.
