Ukraine troops withdraw from battle for key railroad junction
Ukraine's president confirms his army is pulling back from Debaltseve in the eastern part of the country. Trucks and soldiers could be seen withdrawing from the fight, and Russian-backed rebels claim to hold hundreds of government troops captive. Gayle King reports.
