Twerking burglar caught on tape
A surveillance camera at a Brooklyn apartment building captured a suspected thief twerking outside. The woman is believed to be a lookout for a partner who was inside stealing items from packages that had been delivered to the building. A victim of the crime said that the woman had been dancing on video for about an hour before the theft. This video contains no audio.
