TSA testing new 3D technology to better screen for weapons
The TSA is looking into new 3D scanners that quickly check carry-on bags for weapons. When paired with the new automated lanes already being tested at airports, the scanners should increase checkpoint efficiency by up to 50 percent. Kris Van Cleave reports.
