Trump won't be allowed to give closing argument in civil fraud trial

Former President Donald Trump is in New York Thursday for his civil fraud trial, but he won't be allowed to deliver his own closing argument. The judge overseeing the case was initially going to let Trump speak on his behalf if he agreed to certain conditions, but he and Trump's lawyers couldn't reach an agreement.
