Trump makes his case for a border wall: "Walls save lives"
While discussing immigration during the State of the Union, President Trump once again called for his border wall. He said a "smart, strategic see-through steel barrier" will be built in areas identified by border agents as having the greatest need, adding that "walls save lives."
