Trump: Democrats have "betrayed" African Americans
Donald Trump delivered a speech on Tuesday to his supporters in West Bend, Wisconsin. The Republican presidential nominee appealed to African American voters, at one point saying, "The Democratic Party has failed and betrayed the African-American community."
