Trump campaign responds to article about ex's rape allegations
In a court deposition for their 1990 divorce, Donald Trump's ex-wife Ivana described a sexual encounter with Trump as "rape." She said later that she didn't mean it "in a criminal sense." When asked for comment, Trump's lawyer told Daily Beast reporter Tim Mak, "You cannot rape your spouse, and there's very clear case law." By 1993, marital rape was illegal in all 50 states. Mak, who says the lawyer also made threats and insulted him, joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss his "acrimonious" encounter with the Trump campaign.
