Trump administration to deploy 800 troops to U.S.-Mexico border
Less than two weeks before the midterm election, the Trump administration is expected to deploy at least 800 additional troops to the U.S.-Mexico border. But they will not have the authority to apprehend illegal immigrants. CBS News Washington correspondent Paula Reid reports.
